Greg joined the company in 1987. Since then he has managed a diverse portfolio consisting of Class A and Class B commercial, multi-residential and retirement properties. During this time, Greg has also specialized in the management of major capital projects, including many building envelope and structurally related projects for many of our properties.

Greg also has played a critical role in several construction and development endeavours. Included in his commercial tenant mix are telecommunications firms, research and development and a variety of retail in addition to many other professionals and government groups.
