Ian first joined the company in 1983 as a construction project coordinator. During this time, Ian was involved in several waterfront development projects. From 1993-1999, Ian held several key positions with the Property Management Services Division, handling an ever-increasing portfolio of Class A & Class B commercial & multi-residential properties. Having worked closely with many of the S&R properties, Ian has an intimate knowledge of building operations. Ian now heads the S&R Construction Management Division.
